Terms and Conditions
Tax:
Orders placed and shipped to a valid address in the state of ohio are liable to pay the mandatory sales tax. Taxes are not calculated for out of country sales, and will be calculated after order is placed.
Payment:
Payment options are as follows: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, America Express, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer
All orders must be prepaid before shipment.
Shipping:
We sell directly from the the stocking warehouse so all of our products are in stock and ready to ship except for unusual demand. Items out of stock will be suspended to avoid disappointment. Most orders leave within 1-2 business days from purchase. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will be sure to accommodate you.
Returns:
All return product must first acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for any returns to be accepted. To obtain a RMA number please email sales@mechanicallugs.com.
To be considered for return, your order must have been placed within the last 30 days. Products must be in same condition as purchased, unused, and in original packaging.
All orders that are to be returned are to be (PREPAID BY YOU). We strongly recommend using a form of shipment that includes insurance, Advancement International Ltd. is not responsible for lost items.
All returned items will be refunded, less any shipping costs.
A 25% restocking/handling fee will be placed on any return products unless of course we are in error.
Claims:
Any claim for shortages or overages will only be considered if done within the 30 days of the date of the sale.
Any loss or damage due to the shipping carrier must be filed BY YOU, as you are the one who prepaid the shipping and the shipper answers only to you.
